Resilience is the second mat in the From Darkness to Light collection — the one for the stretch of the journey where you've stopped running and started rebuilding. At 5mm there's real cushion between you and the floor, so your knees and wrists stop negotiating and your attention can go somewhere better.

This cork yoga mat gets grippier as you sweat. Most mats get slicker. That's the whole reason this surface exists.

Cork is harvested from the bark of the cork oak — the tree is never cut down. It regrows its bark and can be harvested again roughly every 9 years for over 200 years of life. A harvested cork oak absorbs up to 5× more CO₂ as it regenerates (WWF), and cork oak forests store an estimated 14 million tons of CO₂ while sheltering 350+ species. Your mat is 100% natural cork over a natural rubber tree base — biodegradable and free of the PVC and petroleum foams found in conventional mats.
